Looking for cockatiel breeder:

Researcher looking for a cockatiel breeder that is able to keep very, very accurate records and would be willing to work with and house their breeding birds.  Will supply birds, food, cage material, nest boxes, etc. for what ultimately could be 100 or more birds.
